CONTEST RULES

Individuals who do not have access to the online survey and who wish to consult the by-laws may apply at the branch.

How to participate?

Please keep your in-branch receipt.

Go to www.julietteetchocolat.com/pages/opinion. You will need to enter the 15-digit code, shown at the bottom of your receipt, as well as your email (which will only be used to contact you if you win). An invoice is equivalent to one participation. Complete the survey and validate the survey to enter the contest for one (1) chance to win a gift card. Price

Description of prizes: One (1) weekly prize of one (1) Juliette & Chocolat gift card valued at $ 25. Draws distributed over 52 weeks, for a total value of $ 25 x 52 weeks $ 1300.

 

Selection of winners

Each completed survey is identified by a unique number automatically registered in a computer file. The print run will be done using software that randomly generates numbers. The odds of being selected will depend on the number of eligible surveys received. Winners will be contacted by email or phone. Their price will be sent to them by mail.

 

Eligibility

To enter the Contest, you must be resident in Quebec or another province of Canada, have reached the age of majority and not be employed, be a member of the immediate family, An employee of Juliette & Chocolat or one of its advertising or promotional agencies. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. In Quebec, any dispute concerning the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, races et des jeux. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of an intervention in an attempt to resolve it. Date of eligible drawings and completion of the survey A total of 52 prizes will be drawn from all eligible entries registered for the draw. Drawings will always take place in the offices of Juliette & Chocolat (844 rue Jean-Neveu, Longueuil J4G 2M1) on the Monday following the week concerned by the draw.
