Tiramisu Brownie recipe


  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 50 g sugar
  • One tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 4 egg whites
  • A dozen ladyfingers
  • One pot of Black coffee (very strong)


1- Making a mixture of intense brownie (recipe here).

2- Pour ¾ of intense brownie mixture into prepared pan.

3- Dip the ladyfingers in the black coffee, and put in the pan on the brownie mixture.

4- The mixture of mascarpone: Mix the mascarpone, sugar 4 eggs and vanilla.

5- Pour this mixture over the ladyfingers, and add over dough remaining brownie intense. With a knife, make decorative swirls in top two mixtures (white and black).

6- Bake about 45 minutes, then unmold and serve.
