Juliette's crêpes recipe


  • 2 whole eggs
  • 10 gr of butter
  • 100 gr of flour
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • ½ teaspoon of fine salt
  • 25 cl whole fresh milk 2%
  • 3 cl of water


1- Open the ½ vanilla pod in half and scrape the seeds.

2- In a bowl, beat the eggs in an omelet.

3- Melt the butter in a saucepan.

4- Sift the flour into a bowl and stir in vanilla seeds, beaten eggs and salt.

5- Mix the milk with the water and add to the preparation.

6- Add the melted butter, mixing well.

7- Let stand for 2 hours at room temperature (20 ° C).

8- At the moment of use, lengthen the dough with 1 cl of water.

Be creative to garnish your crêpes; whipped cream, chocolate, fruits, ...!
